These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the travel eSIM marketplace operated by SinoConnection LLC ("Company," "SinoConnection," "we," "us," or "our") at sinoconnection.com and its related applications (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a travel eSIM, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase from us.

These Terms apply to travel eSIM products only. Any in-store prepaid wireless, refill, or phone-number services are governed by separate terms provided at the point of sale.

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

The Company operates as an authorized independent reseller of Airalo travel eSIMs. The eSIMs, network coverage, data speeds, and connectivity are provided by Airalo and its underlying local network operators. The Company does not own, operate, manage, or control any wireless network, infrastructure, or spectrum.

By purchasing an eSIM, you also agree to Airalo's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the eSIM and the underlying connectivity. SinoConnection is the seller of record and your sole point of contact for purchase, support, refunds, and replacements.

购买 eSIM 即表示您同时接受 Airalo 的使用条款与隐私政策，该等条款约束您对 eSIM 及底层连接的使用。SinoConnection 为销售方，并且是您购买、支持、退款及更换的唯一联系方。

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase an eSIM. To use an eSIM you must own a device that is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Some devices sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. We provide a device-compatibility checker; it is your responsibility to confirm your device is compatible and unlocked before purchasing.

购买 eSIM 须年满 18 周岁（或您所在司法管辖区的成年年龄）。使用 eSIM 须拥有支持 eSIM 且已解锁网络的设备。部分中国大陆销售的设备不支持 eSIM。我们提供设备兼容性检测工具；购买前确认设备兼容并已解锁是您的责任。

eSIMs are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. The Company is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccessible email address, though unused, uninstalled orders may be eligible for a refund as described in Section 7.

eSIM 以电子方式发送至与您订单关联的电子邮箱。您有责任提供有效且可访问的电子邮箱。因邮箱错误或无法访问导致的未送达，公司不承担责任；但未使用、未安装的订单可按第 7 条申请退款。

eSIMs are not available for sale to, or for use in, destinations subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Zimbabwe, and Libya. We screen orders and will decline any purchase for a restricted destination. You agree not to use an eSIM in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions law.

受国际制裁或贸易限制的目的地（包括但不限于古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、叙利亚、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、委内瑞拉、缅甸、阿富汗、苏丹、南苏丹、索马里、津巴布韦及利比亚）不提供 eSIM 销售或使用。我们会筛查订单并拒绝任何针对受限目的地的购买。您同意不以违反任何适用的出口管制或制裁法律的方式使用 eSIM。

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. By submitting payment you authorize the Company to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. The Company does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, a sanctions/eligibility violation, or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will refund it in full.

eSIMs are sold for your personal use. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer for further resale any eSIM purchased from the Company, and you must not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. You are responsible for all activity on an eSIM you purchase or install.

eSIM 仅供您个人使用。您不得转售、再分发、再许可或以其他方式进一步转售向公司购买的任何 eSIM，亦不得将服务用于任何非法、欺诈或滥用目的。您对所购买或安装的 eSIM 上的所有活动负责。

The Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to the Company for the specific eSIM giving rise to the claim.

公司因本条款或任何交易产生的或与之相关的总累计责任，不超过客户就产生索赔的特定 eSIM 向公司支付的总金额。

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, missed connections, or other intangible losses, regardless of the legal theory and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company shall bear no liability for any acts, omissions, interruptions, errors, delays, or failures of Airalo, any network operator, payment processor, or other third-party service provider.

在任何情况下，公司均不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据损失、使用损失、商誉损失、错过的行程衔接或其他无形损失，无论基于何种法律理论，即使公司已被告知此类损害的可能性。公司对 Airalo、任何网络运营商、支付处理商或其他第三方服务提供商的任何行为、疏忽、中断、错误、延迟或故障不承担任何责任。

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or of Airalo's terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your misuse of an eSIM.

您同意赔偿、辩护并使公司及其管理人员、董事、员工、代理人和关联方免受因以下原因产生的任何及所有索赔、损害、义务、损失、责任、成本和费用（包括合理的律师费）：(a) 您对服务的使用；(b) 您违反本条款或 Airalo 条款；(c) 您违反任何法律或第三方权利；或 (d) 您滥用 eSIM。

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. To provision your eSIM, we share the minimum information needed — typically your email address, the package selected, and an order reference — with Airalo. For this data, SinoConnection acts as the data controller and Airalo acts as a data processor. We do not share your payment-card details with Airalo and we do not sell your personal information.

我们对您个人信息的处理方式载于隐私政策。为开通您的 eSIM，我们仅与 Airalo 共享所需的最少信息 —— 通常为您的电子邮箱、所选套餐及订单编号。就该等数据而言，SinoConnection 为数据控制者，Airalo 为数据处理者。我们不会向 Airalo 共享您的支付卡信息，亦不会出售您的个人信息。

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

本条款受纽约州法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑法律冲突条款。因本条款产生的或与之相关的任何法律诉讼或程序应专属于纽约州皇后区的州法院或联邦法院，您在此同意接受上述法院的属人管辖权。

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
