You buy from SinoConnection, a real store on Broadway in Elmhurst. The eSIM itself is provisioned through Airalo, the world's largest travel eSIM marketplace. Your data is then carried by a local network in the country you are visiting. Three parties, one purchase — here is exactly who does what.

We are the seller of record. You pay us, your QR code arrives by email within minutes, and everything after that — installation, a plan that will not connect, a refund — comes to us. English and Chinese, from a counter you can walk into.
Airalo provisions the eSIM
Airalo (AirGSM Pte Ltd) runs the world's largest travel eSIM marketplace, and we are an authorized independent reseller. The eSIM profile that lands on your phone is issued through Airalo's platform — which is why it installs and behaves exactly like one bought direct.
A local network carries your data
When you land, your phone attaches to a real local carrier — China Mobile or China Unicom on the mainland, and the local equivalent everywhere else. That is roaming done properly: no VPN needed in China, and no US roaming bill waiting when you get home.
