- Google Maps is your default for the lanes of Canggu, Ubud and Seminyak, and for the ferry ports to Nusa Penida and the Gilis.
- WhatsApp is how everyone communicates here, villas, drivers, dive shops. Have it logged in before you land.
- Translate for warung menus and the occasional ticket booth. Bahasa Indonesia is one of the friendlier languages for Google Translate.
Coverage: great in the hubs, patchy on the far islands
